I am pagan, and definetly metaphysical myself, as is my sis in FL, and my 3rd wife was too, on her part, well, the goddess is on her trail, & deservedly, so mote it be ! I have had such shopping fun many times, but I curb mine alot these days, my nowledge is wide & varied cuz I READ !!! But get tired of boring people with my nowledge, and being thought of as a now-it-all ! A fine line to follow, and I fall off that beam to often.

I don't think anyone would complain if you were to post a vid of your cat on an incense overdose.... I hate to do this, I'm really trying to work on my mansplaining, but 'be the ball' is a golf thing. I refer you to the movie 'Caddyshack', arguably Chevy's best work (even though his was a minor character)

"Be the ball" is golf advice. Yeesh! "Happy Gilmore", 1996. "So mote it be". A phrase I used to have on my blog header. Before AdultFriendFinder came along with some fuckery and eliminated the whole thing. I have responded with no header at all. No Bender quotes. Nothing. That'll show 'em. Smart as a horse and hung like Einstein.

I remember quite clearly being told by my parents to "Be the ball" when I played baseball; which, in a matter of happenstance, was right around the time when 'Caddyshack' ( "Be the ball, Danny" ) paved its way into cable lore. Wait. What was the word of the day? Damn. I need to rethink my wording. But I do remember the advice in baseball AND also watching Chevy weirdly philosophizing in the movie. Either way, me dropping my right shoulder caused "being the ball" to moon-shot fly balls or slicing deep into the woods. My apologies for narrowing your wonderful post to this debate of "Be the ball". As an introvert, it's super cool to be easily drawn in to an interesting conversation; much to the coeval of your shopkeeper's tangent-inducing stories.
