Well first off I guess is I am 46 years old, blond with a full set of hair, grey in a quite few spots, with a rather large body frame thanks to being unable to do anything but recover from brain surgery a few years ago and breaking both collar bones just last year. Though I try to workout at least 2 times a week I still find myself addicted to snacking at night while watching TV/movies, being lazy on my computer or reading a book.
